Is there a Genrus United pharmacy partner in my community?

What if there isn’t a Genrus United pharmacy located in my community?

New Genrus United pharmacy partners are joining our program regularly so we invite you to follow us on Facebook or Twitter for ongoing updates. We also suggest that you speak with your pharmacist and encourage the pharmacy to investigate becoming a Genrus United partner.

 

Do I have to share any information about my income in order to become a member of Genrus United? Does my income level determine if I can become a member?

No, we will never ask about your income. Everyone is invited to join Genrus United regardless of their financial status and start accessing low cost prescriptions immediately.

 

How do I transfer my prescriptions to a Genrus United pharmacy partner? Do I have to inform my existing pharmacy?

With your consent, our pharmacists will access your health profile. It takes just a few clicks for them to transfer your existing prescriptions, and you don’t have to bring in any paperwork or notify your old pharmacy. Everything is handled for you.

Once you’re settled with your new pharmacist, they’ll conduct a thorough review of your medications, health condition and lifestyle to ensure they’re providing the best care for you. From there, it’s just a matter of taking advantage of the new, lower co-pays on the prescription medications you need to feel your best.

 

How do I find out if the medications that are prescribed to me are offered by this program?

Will more medications be added to the list of prescriptions that are included in the plan? When?

Genrus United is working very hard to make the most common prescription drugs available to our members at a lower cost so please check back often to see if we have added your medication to our list.

Unfortunately, insulin and diabetic test strips are not listed yet. We hope the savings from other medications ease your financial burden to make them more affordable.

 

How do I join Genrus United?

Visit our ‘Join Us’ page or view a short video that demonstrates how quick and easy it is to become a Genrus United member. You may also call us toll-free at 1-833-436-7878 (1-833-GENRUSU) if you need assistance joining our Member Prescriptions Savings Group.

 

How much does a Genrus United membership cost?

Monthly memberships are just $7.95/month and your first month is FREE. You can save even more with an Annual membership for $79/year.

 

How do I receive and use my membership information?

After you activate your Genrus United membership, you will receive a text or email within an hour from Genrus United with your membership information that you must provide to a Genrus United pharmacy partner so they can help you start saving money. If a text or email from Genrus United is not received, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly at (902) 843-4367 or toll-free at 1-833-436-7878.
